1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the VEDHA website, mobile application, or any associated digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Nature of Platform Services
VEDHA is a dual-ecosystem marketplace and technology platform that coordinates: (a) retail grocery fulfillment via registered darkstores and suppliers, (b) pharmaceutical product ordering and prescription verification via licensed retail pharmacies, (c) diagnostic pathology collection via accredited laboratory partners, and (d) clinical appointment facilitation with qualified medical practitioners.
3. Prescription Medicine Conditions
Dispensing of Schedule H, H1, and other restricted prescription medicines is strictly contingent upon verification of a valid prescription issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP). VEDHA and its licensed partner pharmacies reserve the legal right to cancel or withhold dispensing if a prescription is expired, forged, illegible, or deemed clinically unsafe upon pharmacist audit.
4. Pricing & Order Acceptance
All displayed prices include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). While we endeavor to maintain accurate live inventory across our darkstore network, prices and stock availability are subject to confirmation at the time of order packing.
5. Limitation of Liability
VEDHA operates as an intermediary facilitating access between users and certified healthcare and grocery partners. Teleconsultation advice is rendered independently by licensed medical practitioners under the NMC Telemedicine Guidelines.
